On Thursday, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the state’s nursing homes are their number one priority during the COVID-19 pandemic, and that the New York State Department of Health will be partnering Attorney Gen. Letitia James to begin investigating the facilities for potential violations of executive orders that were implemented during the outbreak.
