A scientist operating in a lab in Switzerland is seeking approval from drug watchdog Swissmedic to test a possible vaccine he’s created on humans this August in hopes of defying projections one wouldn’t be ready until 2021. He said Wednesday he plans to test the vaccine on himself next week.
