Toronto Mayor John Tory announced on Tuesday that the city has received three million ATSM level 2 surgical masks that were ordered from Canadian distributor A.M.G. Medical Inc. in late March. They arrived in two separate shipments, with the final one delivered to the city on Tuesday, the mayor added. He said that the new masks have been carefully examined and the staff have confirmed that the masks are as ordered and have passed inspection.
