Nova Scotia shooting: McNeil, public health officer observe moment of silence in honour of the victims

During Tuesday’s COVID-19 briefing, Nova Scotia Premier Stephen McNeil and chief public health officer Dr. Robert Strang observed a moment of silence in honour of the victims who died in the deadly shooting rampage that took place over the weekend in the province.
