Quebec’s Premier François Legault started Monday’s coronavirus press briefing by offering sympathies in the name of all Quebecers to Nova Scotia residents over the shooting incident that happened over the weekend in a rural area of the province. At least 19 people were confirmed to have been killed as of Monday afternoon.
