RCMP describe ‘mock police car’ used by suspect in deadly Nova Scotia shooting

Speaking at a press briefing Monday, Nova Scotia RCMP Chief Supt. Chris Leather said the suspect was able to easily move between multiple crime scenes owing to a “mock police car” and police uniform, fabricated or real, which “greatly benefited” his ability to move undetected.
