Halifax weather forecast: Temperature surges into double digits on Monday

Global News meteorologist Ross Hull takes a look at the weather forecast for the start of the week in the Maritimes. Moncton, N.B. has some pretty quiet weather to start the week, while Halifax will be surging into double digit temperatures. A system will be moving just off shore beginning Tuesday that could bring possible snow or wet snow.
