Halifax weather forecast: Temperature surges into double digits on Monday

Moncton, N.B. has some pretty quiet weather to start the week, while Halifax will be surging into double digit temperatures. A system will be moving just off shore beginning Tuesday that could bring possible snow or wet snow.
