At a daily briefing alongside the coronavirus task force on Saturday, U.S. President Trump said Texas and Vermont would begin opening certain businesses as early as Monday while the state of Montana would begin easing lockdown restrictions starting Friday. Ohio, North Dakota and Idaho will begin a phased, non-essential reopening beginning on May 1.
