New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said on Saturday that the infection rate of COVID-19 in the state is now at 0.9, adding that “when this is the case the virus is basically stable.”
He also said that the infection rate for COVID-19 in New York was at 1.4 “and that’s when you have a widespread epidemic, and we brought the infection rate down with the social distancing measures we took.”
