Feds announce $1.7B to clean up orphan wells in B.C., Alberta, and Saskatchewan

In a move to keep thousands working during the pandemic, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced $1.7 billion to clean up orphan wells in B.C., Alberta and Saskatchewan but as Paul Johnson reports, critics say it amounts to a bailout for the companies responsible for the long standing environmental issue.
