Quebec hits its COVID-19 infection peak, with the majority of deaths coming from seniors homes

It has been a month of physical and social distancing in Quebec. According to public health, the sacrifices have worked in flattening the curve. Unfortunately, the elderly in this province have borne the brunt of infection and death. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, the question remains, how did things get so bad in this province’s long term care facilities?
