Wolf Solkin, 97, has nearly seen it all in his lifetime. But the COVID-19 outbreak gripping the province is something he never expected to see. Solkin is a resident at the Veterans hospital in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue and as Global’s Dan Spector explains, Solkin feels the staff there isn’t taking the necessary precautions to protect the residents from the virus.
