University of Manitoba undertaking clinical trials of possible COVID-19 treatment drug

Hydroxychloroquine is normally used to treat malaria, however reports have pointed to the drug as a possible treatment or preventative medicine for COVID-19. As Global’s Malika Karim reports, researchers at the University of Manitoba have decided to look into it for themselves.
