New Brunswick premier Blaine Higgs announced on Thursday that some changes have been made on the state of emergency declaration to help New Brunswick businesses and individuals.
He said that restaurants that already have a licence during the state of emergency, these restaurants are now permitted to sell liquor along with meals as part of delivery or takeout orders, but they will still be subject to all the usual rules and regulations and must make sure they’re not delivering to minors.
Gardening and agriculture businesses are now permitted to open as they provide materials to grow food and this is an essential service.
