Quebec Premier François Legault said on Thursday that while the situation in long-term care homes is “critical,” it is under control in hospitals, and as a result the government will now be preparing a plan to reopen the province. He said this will begin with businesses in an intelligent manner to ensure safety. Legault added in the short term there is still no plan to reopen schools.
