U.K. Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab on Thursday laid out five goals that need to be met for COVID-19 restrictions to be eased in the country. He said this includes the National Health Service (NHS) being able to provide sufficient critical care across the U.K., a sustained and consistent fall in the death rate and a manageable rate of infection. Raab said they must also ensure easing of measures will be safe. He added the country will soon be able to test 100,000 people per day.
