Speaking outside Rideau Cottage in Ottawa on Thursday morning, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau cautioned that the COVID-19 projection models released by his government were not a “declaration of what is going to happen” after being asked by death figures are so far surpassing the government’s “best-case” projections for this point in time.
