The U.S. top infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci said on Wednesday that the “success or failure” of reopening states in the country would depend on the capability of being able to test, identify, isolate, get a person who is infected out of “circulation,” and do a degree of contact tracing. Fauci also advised he’s hopeful people will get through the current challenge, but to be prepared should a resurgence happen.
