Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Deputy Prime Minister of Canada Chrystia Freeland said Canada has engaged “energetically” with it’s global partners when it comes to intelligence relating to COVID-19, but could not disclose any more information including specifics on when Canada became aware of the threat posed by COVID-19 due to “confidentiality.”
