New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo responded to President Donald Trump’s statements that he has a plan for re-opening the economy, saying it’s fine for the federal government to have its own plan but he wants to see how it plans to do so and the funding needed. He said it is not the time for division between the federal and state governments.
