New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said on Tuesday through actions by New Yorkers in the state they are “changing the curve every day” and have helped control the spread of COVID-19, but said actions today will determine the infection rate tomorrow. He advised that he recognized people want the state to “re-open,” and are working with seven other states on how to re-open because the virus does not observe state boundaries.
