Speaking outside Rideau Cottage on Ottawa on Tuesday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that beginning at midnight, if asymptomatic travellers cannot explain a credible coronavirus quarantine plan, they will be required to quarantine in a hotel.
