Coronavirus outbreak: Travellers need ‘credible quarantine plan,’ may be forced to stay in hotel, Trudeau says

Speaking outside Rideau Cottage on Ottawa on Tuesday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that beginning at midnight, if asymptomatic travellers cannot explain a credible coronavirus quarantine plan, they will be required to quarantine in a hotel.
