Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe said on Monday that if case numbers remain at the current projected rate that by next week, he plans to release his government’s “Reopen Saskatchewan” plan in a safe way, stressing more testing and contact tracing will be an important part of keeping the province open and residents safe.
