Prime Minister Justin Trudeau gave more details of the Canada Emergency Business Account (CERB), which would provide small businesses struggling with the ability to get a $40,000 interest-free loan through a bank or credit union. He said if it is paid back within two years, 25 per cent or up to $10,000 is forgivable. Trudeau also advised the House of Commons would be brought back Saturday in order to pass the wage subsidy.
