Interim city manager Adam Laughlin and Mayor Don Iveson reminded residents about the various dog parkclosures, reiterated why dogs need to remain on leashes at the ones still open, and stressed appropriate use of parks such as only going if you have a dog and considering off-peak times. They said if the rules aren’t followed, the city may have to close the parks completely.
