Shannex implements new mask protocol at all long-term care facilities

Non-essential visitors haven’t been permitted in long-term care facilities for weeks. Now, one organization has mandated that staff use masks when caring for residents but as Jeremy Keefe reports, some advocates think that decision should’ve come from the top at the very beginning.
