Toronto Mayor John Tory said on Thursday that the municipal government has partnered up with a variety of mental health organizations to offer support to Torontonians during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of the organizations offering free mental health support include Kids Help Phone, Progress Place Warm Line, Toronto Seniors Help Line and more.
