Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister said Wednesday his government was working on a plan to begin ticketing those who aren’t following physical distancing rules and said while most Manitobans are following advice from medical officials, there are some who haven’t “gotten the message.” Pallister said the plan would need approval from the other parties to move forward.
