Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Tuesday that the best way to ensure the pandemic is “as short as possible” and leads to the fewest number of deaths possible, people must use good judgment and said this applies to people abiding by social distancing and stay-at-home measures and to enforcement officers applying fines to those not following the rules.
