New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said Tuesday that her government considers the Easter Bunny an “essential worker,” but said the holiday rabbit would potentially be “quite busy” at home with his own family during the ongoing health crisis. She encouraged communities to organize their own Easter egg hunts, while still respecting physical distancing.
