Quebec Premier François Legault said on Monday that there were 27 new deaths from COVID-19, bringing the death toll province-wide to 121, with a total of 8,590 confirmed cases. Legault told reporters that there were eight new hospitalizations and 10 more cases in intensive care. Legault said they’re “getting closer” to the peak, but advised people must continue to abide by current measures.
