Manitoba’s chief public health officer Dr. Brent Roussin said Sunday that it was too early to compare how soon Manitoba will be able to “flatten the curve” compared to other provinces like Ontario and Quebec since it’s at an earlier stage in its COVID-19 outbreak than other jurisdictions.
