When asked whether the United Kingdom should have implemented higher levels of protection from the get-go, British Health and Social Care Secretary Matt Hancock said on Sunday that the government was only able to make decisions based on information known at the time, which had been done. He added that as more information is learned about the virus, the better informed the government will be to respond to the outbreak.
