New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo cast doubt on whether the federal government’s own stockpile of medical supplies would be enough to handle the spread of the virus across multiple states on Sunday, but said once New York sees a decline in the number of COVID-19 cases it will be there to assist other states if need be.
