Coronavirus outbreak: Quebec establishes new police checkpoints in Charlevoix, Rouyn-Noranda regions to limit non-essential travel

Quebec Deputy Premier Geneviève Guilbault announced on Saturday that the provincial government would be implementing police checkpoints in the Charlevoix and Rouyn-Noranda regions in order to limit non-essential travel across regions to slow the spread of COVID-19.
