Twenty-four-year-old Becca Willow Moss is a singer, actor and writer. For the last decade her favourite thing to do is sing to the elderly in retirement residences and long-term care facilities. Since COVID-19, Willow Moss has continued serenading her clients for free but now she does it via FaceTime. Susan Hay has the story.
