Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced on Friday that Canadian Forces personnel will be sent to northern Quebec to help “isolated and remote communities” prepare for COVID-19 outbreaks. Trudeau added that Canadian troops are “always ready” to assist as the virus outbreak continues across the country.
