Quebec Premier François Legault announced on Friday that a plan is set to be proposed later in the day that would see that essential workers like delivery drivers, supermarket cashiers and others, sometimes seen as “not always very well paid,” receive $400 for four months amid the COVID-19 outbreak in the province.
