During a COVID-19 update on Thursday, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said hospital systems that are trying to cope with the virus outbreak are “only as strong as the weakest link.” He added beds, staff, and supplies are all needed to effectively provide “any care” to patients, and one cannot work without the other.
