Coronavirus outbreak: Trudeau says feds not yet prepared to introduce Federal Emergencies Act

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Thursday that his government would introduce the Federal Emergencies Act when provincial governments have exhausted all measures available to them, but added that in his opinion that Canada is “not there yet.”
