Robots are being rolled out in some Italian hospitals as a new measure to help doctors treat patients by using them in the most infectious wards. The robots allow medical staff to monitor patients through a camera and speak with them, while patients can send messages back to doctors. More than 10,000 health care workers have contracted COVID-19 and at least 66 doctors have died.
