British Columbia’s chief provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry said on Wednesday the province was doing quite well in terms of testing capacity per capita, adding they were “up there” with South Korea. She said they are still testing individuals based on by priority, such as people in areas showing outbreak clusters or in long-term care homes.
