Coronavirus outbreak: U.N. chief says COVID-19 ‘most challenging crisis’ since World War II

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres warned Tuesday that the world faces “the most challenging crisis” since World War II due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. He stated that the outbreak could bring a recession “that probably has no parallel in the recent past.”
