New COVID-19 deaths in Toronto as long-term care facilities grapple with outbreaks

Toronto’s medical officer of health announced two new deaths due to COVID-19 while Mayor John Tory has cancelled all city events and permits until July. Several long-term care homes in the city are working to reign in outbreaks and space has become a major obstacle. Matthew Bingley reports.
