Alberta strengthens COVID-19 quarantine regulations

Dr. Deena Hinshaw, Alberta’s chief medical officer of health, announced Monday that anyone under quarantine for COVID-19 cannot leave their property for 14 days. As Michael King reports, this includes using elevators and stairs in apartments.
