Coronavirus outbreak: Quebec cases rise to 2,840, deaths remain at 22

Quebec Premier Francois Legault returned on Sunday alongside Public Health director Dr. Horacio Arruda to deliver and update on the amount of COVID-19 cases in the province. As Quebec’s Raquel Fletcher reports, measures are continuously being reinforced as cases climbed to 2,840 while deaths stayed at 22.
