Why gas prices are still high in Metro Vancouver during COVID-19 oubreak

The B.C. drivers that are leaving their homes are filling up their gas tanks at prices that haven’t been seen in a decade or more. But here on the West Coast we’re still paying nearly double the price at the pumps as in other provinces. Jennifer Palma has a look at why.
