Coronavirus outbreak: Toronto official warns public of fines if COVID-19 rules ignored

City of Toronto general manager of emergency management Matthew Pegg said on Friday that people who ignore or defy Ontario law by opening non-essential businesses, or use public spaces that are closed due to the novel coronavirus, will face fines.
