Ontario’s chief medical officer of health Dr. David Williams, spoke about the usage of the province’s emergency alert system to tell people returning from travel they must isolate for 14 days, calling it another prompt reminder for people. He said the decision to bring in the alert now was another way to remind people it’s still a measure in place.
