While introducing a new provincial counselling service, Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister shared his experience with depression on Friday. He discussed his difficulty with it, especially in the wake of his mother’s death. The program is designed to assist anyone in the province over the age of 16 struggling from the impact of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
